How to adjust DMS shocks

Like me, have you lost the instructions for how to adjust your DMS shocks? Click here for the adjusting procedure.
Don't forget, when reassembling them, only do up the lock nut to 30Nm, and use loctite thread locker in addition to doing up the grub screw..
