Round 1 of the 2011 Exedy Victorian Rally Championship is coming to the East Gippsland Region on 14th May 2011.
Exedy Victorian Rally Chamionship crews start in Bairnsdale with cars on display from mid-day, before heading a spectator special stage south east of Lindenow.
It's then off to the area North of Bairnsdale for an afternoon and evening of forest stages.
The VCRS clubman crews will start from Lindenow a little later in the day, and then follow the same course, with the exception of the last stage at night.
This year, the Victorian Rally Championship is very pleased to be supported by Exedy - Number 1 for clutch. Read more about the 2011 Exedy Victorian Rally Championship.
Competitors in the 2011 Exedy Victorian Rally Championship should familiarise themselves with the rule changes for 2011. Read the latest rule changes and more on the latest Exedy VRC Speed Read.
For this event, crews can choose to score points in the VRCS (subject to eligibility) whilst competing in the Exedy-VRC event, provided they complete the entire Exedy-VRC course. Details will be published in a bulletin prior to the event.
During the day of the event, spectators are well catered for, with multiple opportunities to see the cars in action. Guides will be published here and on vicrally.com closer to the event.
The service park and finish are both at the Lindenow Football Oval, with it's now famous evening meal catering.
If you would like a personal spectating point - better known as a road closure point - send an email to officials@mucc.net.au

For Victorian Club Rally Series Competitors:
Just squeezing in to the very busy MUCC timing Calendar, we have booked DECA in Shepparton for Sunday July 17. This is the day following the George Derrick Memorial Trial - but that is a VRC only this year, and the HRA brigade managed to come over after an HRA all nighter, so anyone doing the GDMT should be able to cope after a day-nighter. This date is 3 weeks prior to the 6 hour Relay, offering team members a chance to check that they, and their machines, are working. It even gives Michael Seidler to give our cars a proper going over prior to the cursory glance the Relay scrutineers seem to favour. Peter
Here we go again!
