Server issues being investigated

To say that this website is out of date is an understatement.
We have also had a lot of 'bots create fake user acounts.
Also, our web host has been sold to another party, and since then, access to the SQL server seems to have slowed to a crawl, resulting in pages not loading at all.
I'm looking into everything.
Expect things to change.
