Happy New Year to all MUCC members.

Don't forget that March is membership Month so keep an eye out for the reminders in UNICAR, or download a form fom the Membership blog.

For this year, the MUCC Christmas get together will be lunch at "The Grayn" restaurant in PAKENHAM on Saturday December 5th.

A three course meal will be arranged - the menu will be published as soon as it is finalised.

The club will be subsidising the outing to what ever extent is needed such that members will pay only $20 for the meal - plus drinks.

We hope that as many people as possible can come along to clebrate the season and the year.

To assist with our booking, we would like tok now who is coming as soon as possible, and by November 27th at the latest please.

On the weekend of 8/9 August, the MUCC RAKERS BBs (Baby Boomers) went to Phillip Island to work on our cars and do occasional laps of the circuit. That's how it felt anyway. The real story is, naturally, a little more involved…

The 3 "MUCC Raker" teams finished the Philip Island 6 hour relay with cars in various states of disrepair.

The worst effort for the weekend was definitely by the Baby-Boomers team....
Dinta Officer made 2 trips back to the big smoke during the weekend - the first for a distributor cap and a rotor button, and the second trip for a new clutch - but still managed to get in enough laps to qualify for sunday and get in his requisite number of laps for the event.
